Donald Klukas Coaching offers career coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one coaching sessions, resume and cover letter reviews, interview preparation, and career assessments.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled through our website or by contacting us directly.

Cancellations:Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours' notice without incurring any fees.

5. Fees and Payment

- Pricing: Our current pricing plans are listed on our website. All fees are subject to change without prior notice.

- Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept most major credit / debit cards.

- Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed sessions. For packages, unused sessions may be refunded on a prorated basis if requested within [1] days of purchase.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. Any information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to actively participate in the coaching process and complete any assignments or actions agreed upon during sessions. Success in career coaching depends on the client's commitment and effort.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donald Klukas Coaching shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Your use or inability to use our services;

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;

- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.
